This lovely one bedroom cosy cottage has undergone a refurbishment in early 2021 comprising  an open plan kitchen/living room with a dining area and patio doors leading out to the garden, with your own private sheltered sitting area, which traps the sun throughout the afternoon and early evening.

The central hallway leads from the living room through to the large double bedroom, complete with its own comfy sofa, and to the shower and WC.

 

Equipment and Facilities

In your living room there is freesat Colour TV/DVD,  a CD/Radio, and lots of books and games then, in your kitchen, you will find a full cooker, oven and grill, a microwave, toaster, kettle, a fridge or fridge freezer, sparkling crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils and, of course, tea towels.

Available mainly throughout January, February, March, November & December (excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year). Subject to availability we also offer last minute short breaks outwith these times.

Each room has its own thermostatically controlled, convector heater for your comfort and the domestics are not forgotten with a hoover, duster & polish tucked away and with a clothes horse, ironing board and iron should the need arise. (The laundry is just a couple of minutes away in the town). In addition to your own private patio, outside there is a Barbeque, just perfect for those summer evening cook-ups.

Our self-catering prices are for the durations shown at the respective times of year. They do not include a charge for the electricity that you use, which is via a subsidised coin meter. This is charged at the discounted rate of £0.20 per Kwh. As an approximate indication, typical summer usage is around £20 per week.
